Executive Leadership

Kimberly Northup Wright

President / CEO

Kim Northup Wright became Chief Executive Officer of Senior Connection Center in August 2025. She champions older adults across the service area, ensuring they receive resources, advocacy, and compassionate care that support dignity and independence.

With over two decades in nonprofit leadership, Kim has guided organizations in disability services and higher education, transforming operations and strengthening stakeholder engagement. She earned master’s degrees from Miami University and Antioch University and a bachelor’s from Florida State University.

Kim actively serves on nonprofit boards and has earned recognition such as Tampa Bay Business Journal’s 30 Under 30. She leads the Senior Connection Center team with energy, vision, and a commitment to improving the aging experience.

Katie Parkinson

Chief Operating Officer

Katie Parkinson joined Senior Connection Center in 2006 and serves as Chief Operating Officer. She oversees Information & Referral (Elder Helpline), Long Term Care Services, SHINE (Serving Health Insurance Needs of Elders), and Contracts and Quality Assurance. Her role includes managing contracts and grants, overseeing disaster preparedness, and ensuring program quality. Katie leads a team of more than 50 staff members dedicated to serving older adults and caregivers. She holds a Master’s in Public Administration and a Graduate Certificate in Nonprofit Management from USF and is the recipient of USF’s inaugural award for excellence in nonprofit leadership.

Jody Bone

Chief Financial Officer

Jody has been part of the Senior Connection Center team since 2014. She earned both her undergraduate degree and MBA from the University of Tampa and has been a Certified Public Accountant since 1993. With experience in banking, private industry, and public accounting, she brings extensive knowledge to the nonprofit sector. At Senior Connection Center, Jody oversees the Accounting, Management and Information Systems, and Human Resource departments, as well as the Agency’s office building and purchasing functions. She works with fiscal staff to produce accurate financial statements and manage the administrative budget for the Board of Directors.
