There are several ways that we can assist you in finding the help you need.
With one call, the Elder Helpline will provide you with information and referral assistance on programs and services available to meet your needs or the needs of your elder loved ones. You know you will be getting accurate information because our staff members are certified Information & Referral Specialists who have received special training. We feel it is as important to be patient as it is to be accurate. Our staff will listen to you, refer you to the appropriate services and explain how to access those services, including Long Term Care services in the home. Our Elder Helpline staff pride themselves on being thorough, helpful and friendly.

If possible, we highly recommend you call our Elder Helpline with your questions or concerns. By talking with one of our trained Information and Referral Specialists, you may find that we can better help you sort through your concerns and identify the types of assistance or information you may need.

If you are calling from outside Florida and are looking for help for yourself or an elder family member or loved one, you may want to contact the Elder Care Locator. They will be able to direct you to the appropriate local agency anywhere in the United States.
